Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SaaS Cubes (the “Service”), operated at saascubes.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PawlicaWeb Mateusz Pawlica (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Service Description

SaaS Cubes is a curated directory of software-as-a-service (SaaS) products and other websites. Users can browse the directory, submit their products for listing, and purchase paid plans for enhanced visibility and features. Each listed product is displayed as a “cube” on a visual grid with a permanent do-follow backlink.

We offer three listing plans:

• Free — A permanent listing with a do-follow backlink and room for one screenshot. A free listing is published only after we detect a SaaS Cubes badge or link on the homepage of the submitted domain and approve the listing in manual review. Until the badge is detected, it is an unpublished draft.
• Pro — A one-time paid listing with same-day publication, no badge requirement, more screenshots, and click analytics.
• Featured — A monthly subscription with same-day publication, no badge requirement, full analytics dashboard, premium placement on the grid, and periodic promotional features.

Links from SaaS Cubes to a listed website may carry referral parameters (such as “utm_source=saascubes.com”, “utm_medium=referral” and the part of our site the click came from), so the owner's analytics can attribute those visits to SaaS Cubes. The parameters do not change the link's do-follow status.

Where we state a Domain Rating for saascubes.com or goodforbots.com, it is a figure published by Ahrefs (“Domain Rating by Ahrefs”), read once a day and shown only while recent. It is a third-party estimate that changes over time, not a promise by us: we do not guarantee any rating, search ranking or traffic resulting from a listing or a link.

3. Account Registration

You can submit a listing without first creating an account. You must provide a valid contact email address. To manage your listings, you can sign in using a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@saascubes.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Listing Submissions

When you submit a product to SaaS Cubes, our system may use AI-assisted technology (powered by third-party services) to analyze your website and generate a suggested listing description, category, and metadata. You can review and edit the suggestions shown in the submission form. We may also generate editorial descriptions and search metadata after submission or publication. Please contact hello@saascubes.com to report inaccuracies in that editorial content.

By submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to submit the product and associated content.
• The submitted information is accurate, not misleading, and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• The product does not contain malware, phishing elements, or other harmful content.
• The listing does not promote illegal activities, hate speech, violence, or adult content.

When a listing is published, we send its website address to Good for Bots (goodforbots.com), a service run by the same operator that checks how well AI models and agents can read a website. Its automated bot reads the site's public pages, identifies itself and respects robots.txt. Good for Bots publishes the resulting score and report on goodforbots.com, and the score may appear as a badge on the listing page. The site's owner can have that report removed on goodforbots.com at any time, free of charge; the SaaS Cubes listing is not affected.

When a listing goes live for the first time, or a live listing moves to a new website address, and Good for Bots scores the site, we send one email to the listing's contact address with the score and a link to the report. That email also explains Good for Bots' badge: a site that shows it receives a do-follow link from goodforbots.com for as long as the badge stays up. That link is offered and verified by Good for Bots under its own terms, not by SaaS Cubes, and it is separate from your SaaS Cubes listing and plan. Showing the badge is optional and has no effect on your listing.

We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, with or without notice. If a listing is rejected, we will provide a reason and you may resubmit after addressing the issue.

5. Backlink Condition (Free Plan)

A free listing is published only after our automated check finds a SaaS Cubes badge or link on the homepage of the submitted domain. A submission without such a link is stored as an unpublished draft; drafts are not reviewed and are not visible in the directory. Once the link is detected, the listing enters manual review before publication.

If the link is removed after publication, we may hide the listing from the directory until it is restored. Paid plans are not subject to this section.

6. Payment Terms

New purchases of Pro and Featured use Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe acts as merchant of record through Link, and Checkout identifies the purchase as “Sold through Link”. Checkout shows the final amount, currency and any applicable tax before you pay. Existing subscriptions purchased through ordinary Stripe continue under their existing billing arrangement. We do not store your credit card information.

Purchases marked “Sold through Link” are also subject to the applicable Link terms, including the Sold through Link terms. Those terms govern Link's sale and payment services; these Terms govern your use of SaaS Cubes and our provision of listing features.

• Pro plan: A one-time payment with no recurring fee or fixed expiry. Continued publication is subject to these Terms and the continued operation of the Service.
• Featured plan: A recurring monthly subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard, and your listing will remain featured until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your listing will retain Pro features without Featured placement.

Payments are generally non-refundable, including for cancellation mid-cycle. This does not limit your statutory withdrawal rights, remedies for a service not provided as agreed, or refunds issued by Stripe under its Managed Payments policies. For a purchase marked “Sold through Link”, you can request payment support and refunds at Link support. SaaS Cubes remains responsible for the listing and its features.

For EU consumers purchasing through Link, the Link terms provide a 14-day cooling-off period from access to or delivery of the purchased product. Contact Link support and identify your request as a cooling-off refund. For listing support or purchases under the previous billing arrangement, contact hello@saascubes.com.

For Managed Payments purchases, Link sends receipts, invoices and payment-related notices. You can manage those purchases at Link. Paid listing access starts only after payment is confirmed.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you submit (product name, descriptions, logos, screenshots). By submitting content to SaaS Cubes, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content as part of the directory and related promotional materials.

All other elements of the Service — including the SaaS Cubes name, logo, design, layout, and underlying code — are owned by PawlicaWeb Mateusz Pawlica and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit spam, duplicate, or misleading listings.
• Attempt to manipulate search rankings, analytics, or the moderation process.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt.
• Use the Service to distribute malware or engage in phishing.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent moderation or plan limitations.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PAWLICAWEB MATEUSZ PAWLICA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service, including through Link, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

10. Termination

You may delete your listings at any time through your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account or remove your listings at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. In the event of termination, the refund provisions in Section 6 and any mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts under applicable law. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections of the law of your country of habitual residence or your rights to bring proceedings in a court available to you under applicable consumer law. Link's services remain subject to the governing-law provisions in Link's own terms.
