Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SaaS Cubes (the “Service”), operated at saascubes.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PawlicaWeb Mateusz Pawlica (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Service Description

SaaS Cubes is a curated directory of software-as-a-service (SaaS) products and other websites. Users can browse the directory, submit their products for listing, and purchase paid plans for enhanced visibility and features. Each listed product is displayed as a “cube” on a visual grid with a permanent do-follow backlink.

We offer three listing plans:

• Free — A permanent listing with a do-follow backlink. Free listings are subject to a manual review period and require a reciprocal backlink badge on your website.
• Pro — A one-time paid listing with instant approval, screenshots, and click analytics.
• Featured — A monthly subscription with instant approval, full analytics dashboard, premium placement on the grid, and periodic promotional features.

3. Account Registration

To submit a listing, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You may authenticate via a magic link sent to your email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Listing Submissions

When you submit a product to SaaS Cubes, our system may use AI-assisted technology (powered by third-party services) to analyze your website and generate a suggested listing description, category, and metadata. You have the opportunity to review and edit all AI-generated content before submission.

By submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to submit the product and associated content.
• The submitted information is accurate, not misleading, and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• The product does not contain malware, phishing elements, or other harmful content.
• The listing does not promote illegal activities, hate speech, violence, or adult content.

We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, with or without notice. If a listing is rejected, we will provide a reason and you may resubmit after addressing the issue.

5. Backlink Requirements (Free Plan)

Free listings require you to place a SaaS Cubes backlink badge on your website. If the reciprocal backlink is removed after listing approval, we reserve the right to remove your listing from the directory.

6. Payment Terms

Payments for Pro and Featured plans are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

• Pro plan: A one-time payment. Once purchased, your listing remains active indefinitely.
• Featured plan: A recurring monthly subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard, and your listing will remain featured until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your listing will revert to the Free plan.

No Refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to listing rejection after purchase, plan downgrades, or cancellation of a subscription mid-cycle.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you submit (product name, descriptions, logos, screenshots). By submitting content to SaaS Cubes, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your content as part of the directory and related promotional materials.

All other elements of the Service — including the SaaS Cubes name, logo, design, layout, and underlying code — are owned by PawlicaWeb Mateusz Pawlica and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit spam, duplicate, or misleading listings.
• Attempt to manipulate search rankings, analytics, or the moderation process.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt.
• Use the Service to distribute malware or engage in phishing.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent moderation or plan limitations.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PAWLICAWEB MATEUSZ PAWLICA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your listings at any time through your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account or remove your listings at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. In the event of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Delaware.
