AI Room Makeover
Turn room photos into visual AI interior design concepts.
In their words
AI Room Makeover is a browser-based interior design tool that starts from a photo of an existing room. Describe a style, furniture idea or specific change, and optionally add product or material reference images to guide the visual direction. It helps homeowners, renters and designers compare layouts, furnishings, colors and finishes before making physical changes. Outputs are visual concepts, not measured construction plans or guarantees of exact product fit. Limited free credits are available to eligible visitors. Optional one-time credit packs provide further generations without a subscription.

What is AI Room Makeover?
Photos of a real room go into the browser to generate visual interior design concepts. AI Room Makeover takes a clear photo of a space, pairs it with a text description of the desired changes, and optionally accepts up to nine product or material reference images to guide the visual direction. The AI generates a redesign while attempting to keep the rest of the room as close to the original as possible.
Add your room photo and describe the makeover
Users upload a clear photo of the room or area they want to redesign, then type a specific prompt. Prompts can specify swapping a gray loveseat for a forest green velvet sofa, replacing a vanity top with black marble while keeping the existing faucet, or adding floor-length olive blackout curtains. The interface also allows users to rearrange existing furniture to open up floor space without adding or removing pieces, plan children's bedrooms around sleep and play, or test color palettes for walls, floors, and cabinets before making expensive physical changes.
Generation controls and conversational adjustments
After generating an initial concept, users can adjust their inputs and run the generator again. An agent mode lets visitors build on each result through a continuous conversation. The tool is designed for spaces that need minor updates like new curtains or major layouts like a full living room refurnishing, helping users preview furniture and color combinations before placing an order or committing to permanent renovations.
