What is Bidcraftr?
Freelancers, consultants, and agencies turning client meetings into formal agreements use Bidcraftr to draft, send, and track business proposals without wrestling with complex design tools. Users enter company branding, client names, project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables directly into the platform. The proposal engine then formats these raw inputs into a clean layout complete with cover pages, custom branding, and inline editing.
Signatures and Payments in One Flow
Clients review the finished document via a secure browser link, where they can draw or type their signature and submit payment instantly. The platform integrates with Stripe Connect, allowing creators to collect deposits or full payments the moment a document is signed, removing the need for a separate invoicing system. Four payment structures are supported, including full upfront, split payments, performance-based fees, and monthly billing across 21 currencies.
Pipeline Tracking and Client CRM
