Users can handle everyday email tasks directly in a modern web browser on desktop or mobile devices without installing any standalone software.
Email Signature Generation and HTML Preview
The signature builder compiles user details, accent colors, and custom fonts into copyable HTML markup compatible with Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail. Image URLs must be hosted externally because the output relies on standard HTML tags. Another utility accepts pasted HTML email code and renders a visual preview across desktop, tablet, and mobile dimensions. This previewer blocks active scripts and renders the layout immediately so creators can verify how messages appear before sending them.
Subject Lines, Word Counts, and Header Analysis
The subject line tester checks character counts, word lengths, and readability metrics while generating approximate previews for desktop and mobile inboxes with optional preheader text and sender names. For body copy, a live counter tracks words, characters, sentences, and paragraphs as text is entered into the form. Separately, the header analyzer reads raw email source blocks to display delivery timestamps, mail server paths, and authentication results without connecting to an actual mailbox.
