What is FormToNotion?
Forms built in FormToNotion collect submissions and write them straight to a Notion workspace without an intermediary tool. Freelancers and creators who run customer relationship management, waitlists, and client intake inside Notion create forms with text, email, and select fields, then publish them through a public slug link. Respondents open the link and submit details without needing a Notion account.
Form creation and Notion synchronization
A working session starts in the form builder to add fields and configure the layout. Publishing generates a public URL for sharing on bio links or web pages. Submissions appear inside the application dashboard while the official Notion API writes incoming data into the designated database in real time. The free tier covers the builder and public links, whereas paid tiers unlock live syncing and priority support with one-time fees.
