Switch between Classic, Modern and Minimal layouts while customizing brand colors, heading fonts and uploading business logos. The Brand Kit stores business details, color choices and payment information in browser storage so future documents populate automatically. Every label printed on a document is fully editable, allowing users to rename fields, add custom entries like purchase order numbers or tax identification details, and hide unwanted sections.

Document types and PDF output

Beyond billing documents, the browser-based tool uses the same editor interface to generate payment receipts, project quotations, and pay stubs complete with deductions and year-to-date earnings totals. Documents download instantly as clean PDF files on US Letter or A4 paper with zero watermarks and no required account sign-ups. Drafts save directly to the browser local storage automatically, keeping past paperwork accessible upon return without requiring cloud storage.
