What is Square9?
Conversations across Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and phone calls play directly through a desktop application on Windows and macOS. Square9 runs locally on the user machine without sending a meeting bot to join participant lists. Initiating a recording manually on any call prompts the system to generate a searchable transcript, an AI summary, and action items with assigned owners and dates. Summaries and notes file automatically against the corresponding person, company, project, or deal within a shared workspace, allowing colleagues on the same client account to review them.
Inbox sorting and draft generation
Connecting Gmail or Outlook through OAuth enables optional email triage. The system reads incoming mail, groups threads by priority, project, and person, and writes reply drafts inside the email client. Email content remains unstored during this process, and users can disconnect mailboxes at any time.
Data handling and storage
Audio files undergo immediate transcription before being discarded entirely. Transcripts, summaries, and action items remain encrypted and stored within the European Union in Stockholm. Workspace participants can review and adjust any automatic link between a conversation and a client record. Integration capabilities remain contained within the platform, while planned updates include CRM sync for HubSpot, Salesforce, and SuperOffice, alongside read-only Model Context Protocol access for AI assistants.
